It was my first summer in our garden, and I became attuned to the seasons—the way colours fade, leaves fall, and new buds emerge almost instantly. Nature’s constant transformation felt like a living timepiece, quietly reminding me of life’s fleetingness.
All the While explores that inevitability. Change unfolds endlessly—petals fade, new growth erupts, and life moves forward without hesitation. There is both rawness and softness in this rhythm: beauty without permission, transience with its own grace.
Through these paintings I sought to capture that duality—the fading petals against the surge of new growth, the tension and repetition of the cycle. I hope they invite you to pause, observe, and remember how precious life truly is.
